You love Paris? You have never been to Paris but you would like a sneak preview? Then come here every day and you will find a brand new picture, taken by one of its inhabitants: me!

literary, cultural paris

Sion Dayson is paris (im)perfect. Writer, dreamer, I moved to France on – no exaggerating – a romantic whim. As you can imagine, a lot can go wrong (and very right!) with such a (non)plan. These are the (im)perfect stories that result.

girls’ guide to paris

The Girls’ Guide to Paris is lucky to have a bevy of wonderful women bloggers on the ground in Paris who experience, write and experience some more, bringing you the most up-to-date information about What’s Hotright now in Paris. Their backgrounds and interests are as varied as their ages and countries of origin. We want to bring you several versions of Paris, because we understand that what women want and can afford at various stages of our lives will continue to change. We hope you get to know, read and enjoy all of our lady bloggers, each with her own perspective and each with a love of Paris that continues to inspire me and other women voyagers.

eating out in paris with david leibovitz

If you’re coming to Paris, here are some of my favorite places to get something really good to eat. Most are not fancy, but are more places where you’ll find a good mix of Parisians with a few visitors as well. Most of them are moderately priced, except where noted.

It’s always wise call ahead to make sure they’re open and make a reservation. Restaurants in France like to know who’s coming in that evening and unlike major cities in the US, you can usually get a table the same day or week, unless the restaurant is particularly well-known. If you can’t make it, canceling your reservation is very much appreciated.
